We have two friends that are foodies to the extreme, which makes having them over for dinner a little stressful. How do you wow the people who are always dinning at five-star restos? Luckily I have a vondahbaah boyfriend who is great in the kitchen, and Skinny Taste to lead us in the right direction. He took their Black Bean Salad recipe and changed it to our liking, and it turned out much better than expected. We made enough to have leftovers for the week and ended up with not a single bite left at the end of the dinner, so yeah- it was popular!
